Hmm... it does, actually. Bugger to read about that- I've never really figured that anyone would ever need to go over 300 dpi... those file sizes must be astronomical!

The file sizes are relatively small if you leave it as a bitmap.
I've had a friend give me some fantastic advice as to how to correct my dpi problem. That's a HUGE relief.
